I installed on Windows 7 RC: very easy to setup, and it works just as promised. I run a home server, and Bandwidth Meter helps me monitor visitor traffic. Will be buying full version as soon as I rebuild PC with final Win 7 release.

Taskbar Icon Insufficient The taskbar Icon should be animated in the way Online Eye pro is.., so you could see the activity from the taskbar (The scale is visible in real time).Right now the bandwidth meter pro taskbar icon shows the network activity only. I found this very inconvenient to have to access the program each time to have any idea of my bw activity.Add this future and I would recommend the tool to anyone I know + I would purchase it with no doubt.

Macbook Pro Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit Installed UplinkIt Crashes my computer and shuts it down!

Crashed Crashed all three times and shut down my PC. Had to do a system restore 3 times.

When I purchased the registration, the pictures for the links didn\'t load identifying which link was for Mac or Windows and I selected the wrong one. I contacted the support staff and they were very responsive and helped me sort it out quickly.When I attempted to use it, I couldn\'t locate any instructions or a tip/explanation section. I tried randomly adjusting settings then made some test calls to determine the results of various selections. Basically working on trial and error. Tips/instructions/etc would be good.I have attempted to use it since then however, and ...

Pretty good recorder, but the converter a bit slow, why not record at once in an usual movie format?

Didnt work It didnt record anything. Tried a few times. Status bar says its ready to record. I click on record and when recording is done it asks if i want to view it. Nothing comes up or any files saved in the output directory. It just DIDN'T WORK...

Couldn`t get the program to work I would like to use the program to perform the Skype-in function for South Africa since skype-in is not available here and I would dedicate a pots line here to serve as a skype-in number.I have not been able to test it as there is a repeated message indicating that a skype component is missing.I would use the program to forward a call from a pots line to an inter-skype link to a remote computer

Well, i thought i could use it to plug my normal telephone device in the modem conector of my computer in order to answer and make Skype phone calls. I think I was wrong couse I did all I could to make it work. Finally i realized that the software wasn\'t meant to do what i needed. Anyway thank you very much for leting me try it.succes!Cristián.

The purpose of installing this programm is that I want to connect to modem via skype in order to use a diagnostics (third party) program. Didn't work on vista. Caused system crash had to unintsall.

It is a very powerful tool with distinct capabilities. Provides various ways to view logs and statistics information with a user-friendly interface. I hope there is a Mac version of this tool.

Working Ok on win7 machine but showing 3 network adaptors so have doubts about totals.Loaded onto a Vista machine no activity is shown.

Bitmeter 2 is a nice little tool for monitoring bandwidth usage. Since I use dialup service and am limited to 4 hours for each session, the stopwatch tool is a nice feature to let me monitor my time online. One problem that I have is the terminology for the upload and download. They should be reversed. My DL shows almost 0 and UL shows many MB. Same with the DL and UL speeds. The green bars are fine but I am actually downloading info not uploading. Otherwise a nice program.

Hello,Yes, it\'s fine to a certain extent but I would like it to show my current total whenever I look at it. Also the dates are all higgledy- piggledy - not by orderly time e.g. month or even year. Also I would like to know what type of product (e.g. event fliers) produce a heavy (or light) download. I want to update my Sibelius software and dare not download it in case it is very big! If restrictions are between 9 am and 11 pm does that mean I can download it OK at night ?? Puzzled !!! Susan

Very useful tool for web application profiling

Multiple interface meter It seens to be the same software "Bandwidth Meter Pro". And it measures the bandwidth for each interface, or all as one unique interface, as you wish. However, you need to select each interface you need to measure, being undesirable when you have virtual interfaces being added or removed from your system at any time. Other poor feature is to configure each rates you need to measure in backgroup, if you forget to do it, you don't have the information from the past.

When executing Shaplus Bandwidth meter; it returns Error:Overflow Runtime error 6. Under windows 7 OS.What is the solution??Uninstalling cleanly; and again reinstalling, did not solve the issue.

nice stuff...it\'s user friendly...maybe it will better if you put some profile management, so anyone who have more than 1 internet access can use the bandwidht meter without reset the counter...
